Loose weight using yoga, know which yoga technique will work for you.

Yoga, is a great way of living. Yoga brings peace in our life. Yoga makes us fit and healthy.

And obviously yoga can reduce our body fat and help us loose weight.

In my recent article published on famous lifestyle magazine lifestyll.com, I have shared my knowledge and experience on Yoga and weight loss.

I have found that, if you perform Bikram Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga or Power Yoga on a regular basis, your body fat will decrease dramatically and you will be fit and more active.
